These Terms of Service govern your use of applications and services provided by RunYourAI, including Deep Freeze AI Email (“Deep Freeze”).

By using Deep Freeze, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Deep Freeze is an email outreach and workflow application designed to help users work with business contact information, Google Sheets, email campaigns, delivery status information, and related administrative tasks.

Features may include reading authorized spreadsheet data, processing outreach lists, assisting with email preparation or delivery, tracking email activity, and writing updated information back to authorized spreadsheets.

Features may change as the application is developed and improved.

2. Google Account Access

Certain Deep Freeze features may require authorization through Google OAuth.

Deep Freeze will request only the Google permissions necessary for the features being used.

By granting access, you authorize Deep Freeze to access and process the Google account information covered by the permissions displayed on Google's authorization screen.

You may revoke Deep Freeze's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of information you provide to Deep Freeze.

• The contact lists and email addresses you choose to use.

• The content of messages sent through the application.

• Ensuring that your use of Deep Freeze complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and service-provider policies.

• Maintaining the security of your computer, Google account, email account, and other credentials.

Deep Freeze does not independently determine whether a particular email recipient may legally be contacted.

4. Email and Anti-Spam Compliance

Deep Freeze may be used only for lawful email communications.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable email and marketing laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and other laws or regulations applicable to their location and recipients.

Users must not use Deep Freeze to:

• Send deceptive or fraudulent messages.

• Use false or misleading sender information.

• Send unlawful spam.

• Ignore valid unsubscribe or opt-out requests.

• Distribute malware, phishing messages, or malicious links.

• Harass, threaten, or unlawfully target individuals.

• Violate the terms of an email, hosting, Google, or other third-party service provider.

RunYourAI may restrict or terminate access to Deep Freeze when the service is used for abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.

5. Third-Party Services

Deep Freeze may interact with third-party services such as Google Sheets, Google OAuth, email providers, hosting providers, or other technology platforms.

Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, limits, pricing, and availability.

RunYourAI does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or performance.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of personal information and Google user data is governed by the RunYourAI Privacy Policy.

Deep Freeze's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

7. Account and Credential Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials, authorization tokens, passwords, API credentials, and devices.

You should not knowingly provide unauthorized persons access to your Deep Freeze installation or connected accounts.

If you believe an account or credential has been compromised, you should revoke the affected authorization and update the appropriate credentials.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Deep Freeze to:

• Violate applicable law.

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or information.

• Interfere with or disrupt services or computer systems.

• Circumvent provider sending limits or security controls.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Facilitate fraud or deceptive practices.

• Send content that you do not have the legal right to send.

9. Service Availability

Deep Freeze may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

RunYourAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Email delivery may also depend on third-party providers, network conditions, recipient servers, spam filters, sending limits, domain reputation, and other factors outside RunYourAI's control.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Deep Freeze is a productivity and outreach tool.

RunYourAI does not guarantee:

• Email delivery or inbox placement.

• Recipient responses.

• Sales, contracts, leads, or revenue.

• Specific business results.

• Availability of any third-party service.

Users remain responsible for evaluating and managing their own outreach activities.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Deep Freeze is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

RunYourAI makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RunYourAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use Deep Freeze.

This includes losses resulting from email delivery failures, third-party service interruptions, inaccurate user-provided data, unauthorized account access, or actions taken based on information processed through the application.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Deep Freeze develops or when legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the most recent version.

Continued use of Deep Freeze after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
